Default Multiple-Skill effects, and Overclocking

Hi everyone. I have some questions about the basic 'understanding' about using multiple-skill effects that would seemingly contradict each other, and if certain skills have a unspoken "PRIORITY" over other skills.

(W) #1 Balanced Stance + Drunken Blow
The ability says that I can't be knocked down as long as the Balanced stance is in effect. Drunken Blow says that after I make a 'wild-attack' I will knock myself down. Does this combo work? Can I hold the Balanced Stance, and make unlimited Drunken-Attacks without knocking myself down? Does the game understand the current effect of your character and the subsequent effects that follow? This leads me to:

(W/A) #2 Run+Dash+Charge...ect
When these abilities increase your speed, do they increase your current speed or your maximum normal speed? For example, if you run (x .25) and immediately Dash (x .50) is your speed simply adding + .75 of your max normal speed, or are the effects cumulative against each other where you gain + .83 speed?

Balanced Stance and Drunken Blow works, have used it in the past.

Dash and Charge may work, not sure. Dash makes you move 50% faster, which I think is 50% of your base speed. Charge works with sprint, but I believe there's a cap on speed boosts so it good, work, but is really a test and see

For your first question: yes balanced stance and drunken blow do work well together and you wont be knocked down.

For your second question: the maximum speed buff from multiple skills is 33%. This can be seen when you use sprint and charge. Dash can increase your speed over the 33% cap because it is only one skill. Dash and sprint do not stack to give you 75% speed boost as they are both stances and you can only be in one stance at a time. If you used dash and charge (charge is a shout so you can use it while using other stances) then you would still be moving at only 50% as you are already over the multiple skill speed boost cap.

balanced and drunken work very well together, but steady stance is even better.

the maximum speed buff of stacking skills is 33%. if you use sprint(25%) and Charge!(25%) you will end up moving 33%faster. that dosnt mean that single skills cant make you faster, for example dash moves you 50% faster.

also im not sure if you noticed, but stances dont stack so you could not use sprint and dash together anyways.
